  • It's a bit small for goldfish, just do small tropical fish with aquatic plants added to this setup. They thrive. For sure do not put koi in something like this lol.

  • YOu gotta get some aquatic plants ....:

    :)

  • is that koi or gold fish

  • @24recardo these are just 12 cent goldfish

  • scheiss tierquäler...kauf dir ein grösseren teich.....8 goldfische in 20l wasser

  • please respond: what is a pump can you send me a link??

  • *please respond back* hey i have a pond that is about 2 times that but it is about just as deep that is why i could never keep fish in it because the birds would get them do u ever have that problem?*please respond back*

  • @aircats1202

well i just lost a fish about 2 days ago, i think it was the birds. but if you have enough hiding places for the fish then they should be fine. i sometimes put a grate kinda thing over it when the birds start trying hard to get at the fish. at that point my pettet gun takes care of the rest.... ;)

  • if i ever get a house, i want to make me one just like that~

  • Do you have a filter for the pond? I want to make one too and I don't know wether or not I need to put a filter on it like you would a fish tank.

  • @sparrerbyrd no filter just regular cleanings

  • WHAT ARE THOSE LITTLE BURDS

  • @TrickGnomeTechnician Baby Rhode Island Red Chicks

  • @TheFishExpert COOL, DO THEY EAT THE FISH?

  • @TrickGnomeTechnician now that there big they might try haha

  • @TheFishExpert lol do you have them around to eat or for fun?

  • @TrickGnomeTechnician im pretty sure these ones will be eatin

  • So in such a small volume of water without filtration how are your ammonia and nitrite levels 0

  • do i need a filter to i did exactly like your model if so what else do i need

  • @5165aducote just keep the water clean thats all

  • what is the real name for small goldfish

  • what is the real name for small goldfish ? thanks :)

  • it looks like a goldfish cup

  • how many gallons is it 20?

  • @cuber94sam about 25

  • where is the filter?

  • @badlontra there is no filter. the pond is so small that i just clean it out on a mothley basis.

    Thx

  • nice yard!having a chicken and a small pond

  • Cute, I'd like to add a small "pond" to my own tiny gardening space. This is just about the right size. You are SO doing something right since these fish are lasting 4 years. Good job.

  • I have something like this only smaller. It's a little waterfall one and I have three fish in there. If you'd take a look it's one of my recent videos I'd love any advice since I'm new to ponds and goldfish. I have chickens too. This is cute.

  • Thank you for sharing and showing how nice a small pond can be.

  • did u guys sea that huge

    chiken in the backroud...DAM

  • very cute!! i want one!!

  • My friend did this once, Then we found out about crows and other big birds.

  • very nice =D mines is bigger though ALOT bigger but still nice.

  • Good idea nice stuff thanks for sharing

Cold water fishes dont need heater They are not like people :D

  • EXACTLY Thanks for not leaving a mean comment

  • @mugun01 thanks!

  • @TheFishExpert how often do you do water changes?

  • no these are cold water fish and besides where im at the summers are warm

  • a filtration system would do good for your goldfish. also, a lot of diseases would be prevented.

  • it would be good and i have never had a problem with disease

  • How many gallons would that be?

  • about 20

  • a filter would be good and a bigger pond

  • too many fish in such a small pond with no plants!

  • there might be no plants but there is alot of air from the air pump and there is also a lot of surface area so there is oxygen. and it never gets that dirty.

  • thats fair enough i guess but dond u think those fish could do with a little more space, id take two of the big rocks out or put them in a bigger pond.

  • ya i no the pond looks small in the movie but its bigger in real life and i have taken some rocks out

  • awesome

  • them fish are stressed you have too many man

  • they are not stressed there are just swimming all crazy cuz they no there about to get fed. and the pond is much bigger in person trust me

  • That's so cool. I want to male one. What is the base made out of?

  • nice set up but it is way overcrowed

those fish need at least 20 gallons each

  • no they dont need 20 gallons each...i know they look like there crowed and swimming around all fast but they are just happy to see me cuz they no they are about to get fed......they wil adapt to there enviroment just like any other animal would do......there is plenty of oxygen in there and the pond gets cleaned regularly and there is space under the rocks

    The End

  • these fish can grow up to 12 inches so if you don't give them the right space and filtration then they are going to suffer and end up stunted so when the bones stop growing the organs will out grow the bones causing a painful death

  • here we go again....they are never going to get to a foot in length and i have never ever seen a goldfish...a common goldfish....get that big in my entire life. the biggest one i have ever seen was about 7 inches long...and that was in a LAKE. and besides when the bones stop growing wouldent the organs stop growing with them? they have been living happily in this pond and my aquariums for a long time

  • i guess if i believed everything i red on the internet i would be talking crap about other peoples fish too.....

  • I guess you would be happy in a small box then

  • i guess im not a small goldfish so i wouldent know and neither would you

  • 17,000 for the Kubota

  • thank you

  • Nice , but do you move them inside during the winter?

  • yes because the pond isnt deep enough for them to get under the ice without having problems

  • Nice but how often do you have to clean the tank?

  • since it is so small and it gets almost full sun for most of the day i clean it about every month or so....thanks for the question
