Hi Tanya- in another one of your videos you said that you reccomended the Origins moisturizers. I ordered the white tea one with antioxidants and love the smell, but when I used it last night I noticed that my skin was "flaking" or something..like little flakes of dead skin were coming off. Hi Tanya, I know you said it really depends with the camera, but what about professional wedding photos? What would generally look good in real life and photos without looking too greasy/white/matte/cakey? Can you do a recommendation of what kind of face make up looks best? Eg do you recommend using gloss/cheek shimmers/shimmery eyeshadow etc. There's so many YT vids on wedding make up but I'd like to hear what a professional would say from experience.

hi heymaiqui, shimmery eyeshadows are not a problem unless they are really really frosty but just use your own judgement there. For wedding makeup I use Chanel Pro Lumiere for most people but if they are prone to oil I will use Clinique Superbalanced or if they are really oily I will use Mat Lumiere by Chanel with the Laura Mercier oil free primer. I always set with the Laura Mercier Translucent powder. Hope this helps. x

I would go for Clinique Superbalanced Make-up then powder it with the Laura Mercier translucent powder. They are both fragrance free so are non-irritating x

You should really go to a counter and get some testers coz how is she meant to tell if she's never seen you? BTW I got this ages ago and they matched me too dark so check in natural light before you buy it.

Do you apply the cream color bases like MACs Hush after you powder or before? I've tried it before and the powder covers it and I've tried it after and it doesn't glide on smooth and makes my powder cakey.

Do you ever use T. LeClerc loose powder for photo shoots? I've seen that it is used a lot on tv and in movies, but since I'm not on tv or in movies, it's a bit too expensive for me to try if it's not good for photos also. If you have tried it, would you recommend it?

@seleneybeany Hope you dont mind my 2 cents.

F&B is one of my personal favourite foundations cuz its super thin [like coloured water] and gives a nice sheen to the skin. It does have super micro shimmer bits but I dont think its detectable at all. I love it for photos. If you want something completely non-shimmer, MUFE Face and Body is the bomb! Oh and Mac is pretty sheer but somewhat buildable; MUFE is light-med coverage but i find it harder to build up heavier coverage with getting texture.
