my freind got a z50 its a 1973 i think and we are trying to rebuild it for a project bike, it wasnt started for a year and its got no compression. We have it down to the piston but cant get the damn pin out. I think its needs new rings but the cylinder looks fine. the piston looks pretty dark though.

its a 84 200cc atc we tuook that motor out and made it really light from cutting alot of the ecxcess metal so i think it will run well but the problem is finding the correst sprocket do you know where i can get one

I dont know then, use a #41 clutch, then run a chain to a jack shaft and on that jack shaft have a correct sprocket on there, i dont know where you can get the sprocket, i highly recomend not using a 3.5hp briggs, i would use a cr500 engine or some giant motorcycle engine. but thats just my opinion

i have a briggs 3.5 hp motor that im putting in a 84 atc do you know where i can get a sprocket that will fit the chain for the motor

is it a atc70 or atc90? a #41/#42 clutch will work, i have used the chain from my atc90 and it worked with a #41 clutch, but the rear axle would be to small unless you got a jack shaft or torq-a-verter. I highly suggest you just buy a motor made for the trike as to a briggs wont be stong enough and its only one speed.
