It makes me feel so sad when I watch this because it shows Karen as she really was before her illness really started to change her life - happy, vibrant, and fun, and of course, very beautiful. My sister suffered for years from anorexia, and I saw what this awful disease can do to a person with my own eyes,and she denied there was ever a problem, just like karen did.
