  • Amazing strength not because your a a women, but me and my buddy Drew are the only ones at my school that can do it too. there is 1300ish people that go to my highschool!

  • heres the link for Ryan and Gold Medal Bodies have a look and see what I mean Ryan makes it look easy as he is a gymnast but he uses technique not just pure strength

  • If you check out these guys at Gold Medal Bodies and watch Ryan he has some great video tutorials to help you. You are obviously v strong but sometimes technique is more important than just pure strength.

  • If I may suggest a simple solution to help you achieve your goal. Your head position and loose lower back are signs that you are relying on the strength of your shoulders to do a press movement too much. If you take a step back and work on a proper handstand against a wall without bending in your lower back and moving your head to look down at the ground you will achieve more success. Your head position is actually blocking your ability 2 extend upwards as you are not in a stable locked position
