I found an anorher way, and it works!
While Alyx and her father talks, go directly to the door "SILO#1".
When the door opens, run to the lift, as quick as possible!
Then both of them will follow you.
Save the game, and it will run normally in the future. (i hope...)

yeah, you just gotta load the savegame which was included with this copy and the game continues from elevator
