Age is NOT important at all ! However I'd say for lasting relationship or marriage it is better if the man is the older one ( 10 -15 yrs ) . What matters more is that they do not differ much in class and education and philosophy and of course that one of them is not 40 years older. 10-15 years of age difference is perfectly fine matter of fact almost recommended. It is all about that spark, that energy and chemistry that creates the fire between two people it does not matter what their age is.
The heart does not give two cents about age. Feelings are feelings ... you can try and fight them?? ..... good luck with that. You may wind up a little lonely in the end.
I'm 25 about to be 26 and I've been in 2 long relationships and some dating. I'm about to settle in a relationship with a 20 yr old. We still have things in common, and I feel the age difference really balances things out. knowing that she's had long term relationship experience is comforting as well, regardless of her age. I've dated girls my age of 25 with barely any experience and I found them annoying. I think experience and maturity matter the most.
I couldn't agree more. I've recently run into a 43 year old ex-girlfriend of mine who has been happily dating a 19 year old guy for over a year and a half. Not only is there an age difference but a race difference. She is white and he is black and despite these things, it appears that they are madly in love. I'm not the jealous type,so I wish them all the best. Age difference does not matter.
