@Darqhadouken well it depends on the individual the more blocked up u are the different the effects, some people have this pass through them too fast, some get blocked up by the sudden intake of fibre. u listen to your body and go with what suits u, u can use different veg/fruit, but always use more veg & 1/2 fruit..so lower sugar. i have a juice 3X a day.plus veg/fruit diet. plus other supplements like parasite cleanse, prebiotic, liver and kidney formulas, good to clear out & detox every year.

This was awesome. It was laid out very clearly and very well made. I can't get any Kale at my local grocery store. One of these days I'll take a Kale trip. Excellent job on this video- it should help a lot of people looking to make mean green!!
@Thickandtiredofit you said you can not get KALE at your food store...... go find an asian food store in your area... they are CHEAPER than walmart and they have EVERYTHING!!.... look up "H MART" & "LOTTE" these stores are all over the usa.
going to these stores is the only way i can afford to juice as the produce is so cheap there.
How many ounces in a cup/glass are you supposed to drink and how many times a day and days a week are you supposed to drink this?
