I never have a chance to watch the TSCC on tv I just finish to watch bout season on DVD and I have to say this is amazing staff. I just hope then WB bring back the 3rd season ether on regular tv or cable.
i love this show but i thought it was a dumb idea of having the characters go in time to 2009.. they should have made the hole show set in the late 90's..
If the 888 was truly built to be redundant, wouldn't they put at least a couple of the chips deep inside behind the thick, heavy chest plate for more survivability? Putting all three chips right next to each other doesn't seem to make a lot of sense for survivability.
It broke my heart the series stopped at season 2, look, if you guys really had gave it a try you will know what you've shutdown here, a quiet decent peice of collection that expands the story, giving us more taste from this classic world for cyborges, this really could have been a larger work of fantasy for us fans. I've ignored the whole series for a year and when I finally picked it up, it's pretty dead, if you liked it, you would come back to rewatch it and feel pity for how shortly it lived.
@BarlowEnter my problem with is .. Plot Lines The Producers in the Video said that this was an extention of the First two Films. Example the introduction of John's uncle and also the fact that in that time line according to BAG's character the brothers were born before. My Point is The Terminator the first movie (I suggest you watch it again) Sarah says Did you see this war? Kyle Reese No, I was born after. I thought Terminator Dawn of Fate for the PS2 did a better job of being an extention.
It certainly lives up imo. Considering this is a tv-show instead of al xmilliondollarmovie that is. You cant expect a tv-show having the same impact as two state of the art classic action-sf movies. For instance: I think the terminators act too human. But I enjoy the series and certainly claim this is better than T3 and Salvation. And that says something about the quality of those movies.

The show was alright my biggest beef was the charcter of Cameron. First she couldn't act. Second John and Sarah were the good charcters they were intersting I liked them and when the showed focused on them it was good. Cameron was lame it was like it's called Terminator so we have to throw a Terminator in there and recycle all of James Camerons tricks. Plus the "love" story with Cameron and John was fucking lame and retarded. Why can't we just have a show about Sarah and John?
Yes, the show wasn't perfect, but a lot better than mindless television. I think the writers gambled with certain things in season 2, which didn't pay off, but were back on track the last 6 episodes. Those last few episodes were amazing, and the ratings were even picking back up by the end of season 2. It was getting better and better.
i have sen season 1 & 2 i know Jon loves Cameron & Cameron loves Jon but their lives are to complicated to admit that but i hope one day they do :) i have sen love in there eyes, they had a strange moment, they was close & all most kissed when Cameron told him to cut her jest to look any damage, cant remember the ep nr, maybe ep 20 or 21 or 22 in season 2

the final episode of the sarah connor chronicles final scene shows John in the future where Derek & human Cameron are, at the very end when the electric bolt occurs Weaver said "I'll beat you"? Do you think that was because they planned to make a 3rd season? Did she show up in the Movie? I wish the TV show would continue, there is allot more they could do.
To run a show and let end like this is rude, and wrong. This was a great show, with one hell of a cliff hanger ending, BOYCOTT FOX, bring our show back
The way FOX ended it with such a cliff hanger and not continue, is rude/ wrong. I will not watch any show in the future by fox because of, what's the point, if this is the end result. Kinda like reading a good book, and someone ripping out 1/2 before you get done.

u cant skip from T2 to Salvation. because in T2, they destroyed Cyberdyne. so the Connors thought they stopped Skynet. but if u skip to Salvation, you'd b completely confused because in T3, they explain why it came back. everything has a reason. this series is the problem.

I like Lena she's a decent actress and I loved her in "300" but I really never thought she fit the part to play SC. I mean, the actress to play her should've at least look a little like Linda Hamilton, and Lena looks nothing like her at all. The young JC does tho. Anyways that's the only beef I got, other than that the show's pretty decent.

Terminator without Arnold really stinks. Because Terminator will for always be Arnold Schwarzenegger's character, so it doesn't really matter what new talentless brain dead new generation actors are trying to come up with - they lack the IQ, the charisma and the charm of the actors of the older generation. If the Terminator Series want to be serious, then Terminate the Series and stick to the movies and to the true and original Terminator character.
What are you even talking about? Do you even understand what the Terminator is really all about? The original idea of the Terminator was that a machine can look like anyone and carry out its function to infiltrate a populace and take it out. That's how James Cameron even got the go ahead for doing the film. The original actor for it was going to be the guy who played Bishop in Aliens. Just Arnold has an intimidating presence about him back in the 80's.
Relax. Take it easy. Yeah I know the concept of Terminator. But the Terminator franchise started out in 1984 with those T-800 endoskeletons of the body builder type and the Terminator story is supposed to be very dark, brutal and horrifying, but the Terminator Series don't give that impression - having school girls and teenagers and sweet and sugar cute and home friendly environments where people meet and socialize is as far away from the Terminator franchise as you can get.
Continuation.And Arnold Schwarzenegger has the intimidating presence and charisma that those new Terminator actors simply do not have.If they pick serious actors with an intimidating presence and charisma and dominant personal characters of the leader type,plus add a very dark,black,brutal environment with action, special effects,a credible and deep story and drastic and radical events taking place and the sense of urgency,panic and desperation -you will get the Terminator concept.This ain't it.
I agree, Arnold CAN'T act very well, but that's exactly what they needed for those movies; that's what made him such a good choice, because his character WAS a bad actor.

I was watching this to see if i'd bother watching the show. But i noticed that in this video the makers say something and then make an excuse as to why it isn't as good as the film or as to why the series/story is so different...excuses. They don't actually praise their work. But then i stopped watching when the playback got repetative. xx
I think the only actor out the whole series that has the room for developing and understanding his place is Richard T. Jones' character (Agent Ellison). Off-screen his work through the community through God is very inspiring alone. I met him in person at a speech conference in Minnesota, and found him brilliant to talk to... Nice work Rich!!
I personally love this show! It's not my favourite favourite show, but its in my top 5. However that could be based on Lena's presence in the show. I never would have watched it otherwise. But I have grown to actually like the show. The movies never appealed, I suppose because Arnold just doesn't...his acting doesn't convince me, although...who knows.

For me the franchise ended with Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991), and having seen Terminator 2 3D: Battle Across Time (1996).
After that, it's all just a big mess!

So many people who only glanced at this show thought it much weaker than the movies. But in truth, the depth of the writing was far better - especially over T3 and T4. Too bad T4 didn't even use the storyline developed.

The casting for John Connor's character was a terrible choice, the kid's typical boyish pretty boy looks kill's the Terminator vibe and makes it into another O.C. Dawson's Creak, Buffy the vampire slayer type casted bullshit show.

u cant skip from T2 to Salvation. because in T2, they destroyed Cyberdyne. so the Connors thought they stopped Skynet. but if u skip to Salvation, you'd b completely confused because in T3, they explain why it came back. everything has a reason. this series is the problem.

I like Lena she's a decent actress and I loved her in "300" but I really never thought she fit the part to play SC. I mean, the actress to play her should've at least look a little like Linda Hamilton, and Lena looks nothing like her at all. The young JC does tho. Anyways that's the only beef I got, other than that the show's pretty decent.

It does, I watch it and it is hard to understand at times wich puts the blur effect on the time line.
Sarah connor is having her cancer get worse, if you watch it and study it you will see that most of it flows right into T3

Terminator without Arnold really stinks. Because Terminator will for always be Arnold Schwarzenegger's character, so it doesn't really matter what new talentless brain dead new generation actors are trying to come up with - they lack the IQ, the charisma and the charm of the actors of the older generation. If the Terminator Series want to be serious, then Terminate the Series and stick to the movies and to the true and original Terminator character.

What are you even talking about? Do you even understand what the Terminator is really all about? The original idea of the Terminator was that a machine can look like anyone and carry out its function to infiltrate a populace and take it out. That's how James Cameron even got the go ahead for doing the film. The original actor for it was going to be the guy who played Bishop in Aliens. Just Arnold has an intimidating presence about him back in the 80's.

Relax. Take it easy. Yeah I know the concept of Terminator. But the Terminator franchise started out in 1984 with those T-800 endoskeletons of the body builder type and the Terminator story is supposed to be very dark, brutal and horrifying, but the Terminator Series don't give that impression - having school girls and teenagers and sweet and sugar cute and home friendly environments where people meet and socialize is as far away from the Terminator franchise as you can get.

But i noticed that in this video the makers say something and then make an excuse as to why it isn't as good as the film or as to why the series/story is so different...excuses. They don't actually praise their work. But then i stopped watching when the playback got repetative. xx

I think the only actor out the whole series that has the room for developing and understanding his place is Richard T. Jones' character (Agent Ellison). Off-screen his work through the community through God is very inspiring alone. I met him in person at a speech conference in Minnesota, and found him brilliant to talk to... Nice work Rich!!

I personally love this show! It's not my favourite favourite show, but its in my top 5. However that could be based on Lena's presence in the show. I never would have watched it otherwise. But I have grown to actually like the show. The movies never appealed, I suppose because Arnold just doesn't...his acting doesn't convince me, although...who knows.
