the only other way i can explain it is;

you have your A# power chord with the root note on the A string

you play the A# note (on the E string), then the F note (on the D string), then A# note on the G sting

then the same thing with the other chord

i wish there's were LIVE videos of a Rocket to the Moon playing this song! maybe it's just too hard for him to ht those notes without cracking his voice when he plays live. it seems like he sings an octave lower when he plays all his songs live.
