The Guardian was a knock at former EA president (and founder) Trip Hawkins,at least I recall it being Trip if not him then another former head of EA as at a event he tried to convince Origin to join with EA as EA can help them out and all that, but either way he and the whole Fellowship were jabs at EA, for example Batlin's two cronies were called Abraham and Elizabeth(E and A), and the three Blackrock items used to open the Blackgate were the three symbols of EA's former logo.
Wow! I remember when I got the game as a birthday gift while in college. It's like Star Wars in that no matter how many years passed since its initial release, it still feels new and exciting. In fact, when rereleased last Tuesday on GOG, it got the most euphoric reaction I've ever seen there. Still a classic and still a bestseller after all these years.
After being gone for 200 years he proceeds through town picking up this and that and somehow knows exactly where to go and how to solve the troubles before him. Without even examing anything!

Gotta Agree with u there Novacoma... this is to nostalgic makes me wanna play it again. VIII was pretty depressing, i mean it was a good game... But no partymembers? in a dark, cold, scary world? yea depressing. I gotta say, I still prefer this game to many recent games tho. Anyway the music really takes me back. Thanks for this Vid.
@Izimiger Want to hear something funny? i-m playing this game now and actually have too much food. There are some weird creatures that are green that always drop food, and i don-t know if i killed giants or cyclops, but they are north of the city of love.
The cave is full of giants, and they drop gold nuggets.
this almost made me weep in nostalgia. Almost. Up until Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion this was my favorite video game ever made. It still stands at number 2. I only played it through once because i did not want to taint my perfect memory of it. This is the first i see it in action since...well, 1992? I'd also played the expansions and Serpent Isle. Ultima VIII was a travesty. So was IX.
The arcade port (or PC port)for the PSP is A.E.S.O.M.E. !

@Izimiger This game is seriously overkill in treasures.
I just went to despise, and i am finding so many treasures that i can't even use em all.
