I said no to circumcision...my son can just pull the skin back and wash it...i acutally don't care what it smells like..that will be for his wife to worry about one day..lol...circs are inhumane and painful...just say no....
I think the main reason circumcised men circumcise there boys is because the only way not to is to first admit that it is wrong. If it is wrong for their boys then it must have been wrong for them too and they have lived all their life with a mutilated penis. They will also have to live the rest of their lives with one. Their parents whom they love and were supposed to protect were the ones who did it. This is hard to admit. It is easier to bury this and just circumcise.
Great to see a sensible and humane video on the subject of circumcision.
As far as circumcision for 'religious-reasons' goes.
if I thought that some 'deity' was asking me to mutilate myself and / or people I love in this way then that would be the end of any and all contact between me and this so-called 'deity'.
All trust in this 'god' would have been destroyed. Forever.
This debate is on only in America. Think about it. It is those with the scars that defend genital mutilation. Fortunately, a lot of those with scars are now exposing it for what it really is, a horrific fraud! I wish every expecting parent could see this video. If someone try to elude you with hygene argument try to compare it with vagina- dirtiness and so on. Problems with foreskin can be solved by wary ways. I'm so glad to see this raging debate being won by people who have respect for the integrity of a baby's body. It would be great if this were taken to the next level all over the country with in person meet ups and pickets of hospitals. Doctors should know better than to amputate the most sexually sensitive part of a future MAN. Circumcision must END.
Please, get the word out to as many people as possilbe. With my oldest i was niave and believed all the myths and my oldest now he has problems steming from his circumsion. My youngest thank god is intact.

The pain is "severe"? Words alone cannot describe pain of this intensity. Ever smash your fingers and have the pain rush up you arm? Now imagine how intense it would have to be to flood your entire body, if you can imagine THAT, you may have an idea of how much pain the baby is put through.
somthing of note, in circumstances of adult circumcision, not only will it hurt but the person will feel ill and weak for about a week, close to being bed ridden, and im talking the same thing that is done to babies when they are circumcised nothing more

I wish Dr. Dean wouldn't say that there is a decision to be made "on behalf of our children." It is the child's body, and absent any defect or pathology, only the owner of the genitals has an informed decision to make.
Excellent documentary. This will help parents be prepared when circumcised adults try to pressure them into cutting their perfectly formed and genitally whole children.
