These pilots and crew deserve medals - they know they are only called to persons who are of a serious trauma status........nowing that and the adrenaline thats pumping - still being able to calmly land , find their patients, deal with them, stabilise them (whatever that may take too - these guys are awesomely trained - to do open heart massage for example!!) and then get them on board and take off - well its not a job for everyone! Pilots and crew AWESOME :)
