For everyone who has the problem that they can't drag it into the tones folder, make sure that the song isn't clicked on "playing." even if it was playing but it was paused, you still can't click it

i have a problem... it wont let me drag and drop to the tones folder.

Yeah I got as far as dropping the ringtone into the 'tones' folder. It will not let me!

i've done this before with the older systems, but now that I've finally had a little techno upgrade,I couldn't figure out why I was having difficulty do this again. the first 2min of this video was all i really needed. thanks so much for the help!

I can't click on Creat AAC in either the advanced tap OR by right clicking..
