@ siencea yes, and so you have been one of the happy users cause it seemes to work on your boat. there are many bad products on the market and surely the manufactors do not accept a reklamation and leaves you alone with the problems. I have a Marine Tec system and i am very happy with it, The manufactor is Impact Tec by Hughes Sonic Systems. Good and big company i guess.
As a techno-enthusiast I bought a complete Boatsonic set for my 40 ft sailboat as soon as it was available in Italy, a couple of years ago. Unfortunately it stopped working last Summer, just before holiday cruising. I sent the two motherboards to the producer (Aquasonic, Belgium) for assistance, but nothing happened since then. Even my local dealer left the business because of the company unreliability. In conclusion: good product, but very bad service (at least for Boatsonic by Aquasonic).
