To be fair, the company is run by two sixteen year old girls who organise all of the interviews, recordings, interviews and equipment off their own backs. This is one of the first interviews they have ever conducted and, tbh, i'm damn proud of them. And i think everyone else should accept that everything's a learning experience. Hell, as 'Georgeabar' said, interviewing Ellie Goulding at 16 is pretty impressive! So give them a break okay.

There can be no doubt that she has come along way, but she isn't Madonna. Getting an interview with an artist who (at the time) was yet to release any records and was still up and coming is part of the job.
