yvonne, that's a great idea. Having those pics w/a larger, panoramic view would be great. I love the way that Ho' doesn't focus on the problem, just righting everything in the 'now' hmm.... the same way that forgiveness does -- it rights everything in the present and you go onward, wha-la! Well dougeroonie, I've copied the three videos on here onto a DVD for watching myself and I agree. Seeing them on a large screen really does seem to double the impact. And I've just invested in a subliminal package which should allow me to add the phrases subliminally to the DVD's I'm intending to create.

Should take them to infinity and beyond, don't you think?!

I think what works best is what works for you. I love Ho'oponopono. It is a beautiful, gentle, peaceful way that allows me to take responsibility for things that happen to me and puts me in control. When I use it, I bring to mind the things that I'm working on. So if I find something that bothers me, I will immediately say the phrases to address that issue. This then leaves me calm and clear and more easily able to deal with things. If you wish, please visit my web site for more info.

Should the mind be blank when repeating the 4 phrases or should you bring to mind some particular aspect of your life that is troubling you while you repeat the 4 phrases?

Also, i'm overwhelmed by the amount of spiritual interventions out there: Ho'oponopono, meditation, scripting ('The Secret'), etc...

Who the heck knows what works best? As a Christian, it's all very confusing to me :(

You mention that you are a Christian and you are confused? Pray for clarity.

If your usual form of prayer doesn't result in the clarity you are seeking, do Ho'oponopono on your confusion. This can certainly be considered a form of prayer. ;)
