Here are some places you can find sugar Bombs;

1. Freeside, 2 boxes can be stolen off the shelf at Mick and Ralphs Store.

2. Goodsprings, 1 box on shelf in doctors house.

3. Goodsprings Gas station, 1 box on shelf.

4. New Vegas, 2 boxes are sold by a street vendor

5. Nipton, 1 box near Powder Ganger in chair in Nipton General Store.

6. Westside, 2 Boxes Stolen off the shelf at Klamath Bob's Liquor Store.

You can also find them at Doc Mitchell's house but you need to buy them every 2 days, so Buy them, fast travel to a different location (out of Goodsprings) wait 2 days go back and repeat.
