@heikijv - The Jezabels were guests on Rage this morning and two of the band members said "When you were young" by The Killers is one of the best songs in the last 20 years ... I think this track has been heavily influenced by the style of The Killers! :)

Haley's voice us just something you cannot re-create, so beautiful and unique. They are all so amazing. I was at festival on the weekend and my friend, who is a drummer, pointed out that Nick broke the end of the drumstick whilst playing Sahara Mahala and within a second had whipped out another and continued playing, did not miss a beat. WHAT A MACHINE :P

wow this vid actually made me like the song less. sorry im a big fan of all the music, but there isnt a build-up to the intensity of the song. it's a very dramatic song but it seems like she's lip-synching to someone else's song (esp at .0.45). the vid doesnt even show her start the song which is weird, hence not convincing? and the camera shifts a little too much. doesnt hold it's ground.. like it's not solid? and the song is so "solid" and intense with the drums. love the band tho
