I do somewhat a lot of music editing and I can kinda tell that the reason why her voice might be different on here with E.T. than from some of her other videos is cause it's special editing. Most if not all Hmoob Laos now use those wave plugin or similar to make their voice sound good like they have a shaking vibrating vocal whatever they may call it. That's how it's done if you get it professionally done. Anyhow, can't really judge with today's tech unless proven otherwise live.
