  • I wonder how much debt Europe has in their smaller states, and cities within their countries?? I also think they would have to have hidden debt that people don't count like what is going on in the US.

  • @kev492001 I live in Poland. Our national debt is about 55% of GDP by official measures, while real number is about 200-250% (with social security and other items that are excluded). Furthermore we have a lot of districts that are in debt (most of them I think).

    Also our government is compounding the problem by adding more debt and raising taxes (even when an average guy pays well above 50% of his income in taxes).

    EU will collapse, because most of the members are in similar situation.

  • @kev492001 Norway has zero debt, we are a small country with only 5 million people
