You need some video editing software to cut out the parts where nothing is happening. And it wouldn't have killed your friends. The sidewalk wasn't involved.

@t1sutton it's actually not my footage, I am the kid in the black shirt walking up toward the building in the beginning. The scrapyard let me have a dvd of the footage.
