My first week was at 20lbs - I've started my weight loss blog / vlog at justafatguy(dot)com - check it out and let me know what you think... it is just starting, but most of the basic structure is there.
Good job! Are you still skating or will you use skating to help you 'start moving more'? I know skating would be so much easier if I didn't have the extra weight and maybe your vlog is the kick in the ass I need to lose it. Thanks!
@DaffQuack I'm not currently skating for 2 reasons- I don't think I'm safe to skate at this weight but I also live in a city without an ice rink! (Shameful, I know). I'm losing weight so that I can start skating again, even if I have to drive 90 minutes to get to a rink. Skating was easier when I weighed less. I think once I've dropped about 50 lbs, I will treat myself to some skating. :-)
