It's my neighbour's yard. We work together on it. You can get a lot of great ideas from "Mark Butlers Monster List".

Just type that into Google. He has over 800 links to websites and Halloween how-to projects.

I did build the cellar door. I used to have a website and it showed how it was built. The website was too much work though.

Maybe someday I'll put together another website with how-to projects on it.

No offense but its kinds too much. I usually like to spend my money on high quality props rather then loading up on stuff from cvs. But I must say I love the homemade animatronics! =)

I usually build one big animated prop a year. It's a lot of work, and a lot of money.
