@merman08 Twas sad that Dave was a drummer. As the songwriter/singer/guitarist you can hear way more of his skills. The drums held him back, in a way. Dave said that he felt like a drummer in a long, long line of drummers. Sadly, this is true, people do not often value drums as much as they should. There is no single most important instrument in a band. Every single one is important. And Dave mastered his triad (Guitar, Drums, Vocals).
