200metres (19.32) vs 34.25 * 2 / 5=(13.7)

300metres (30.85) vs 34.25 * 3 / 5=(20.55)

400metres (43.18) vs 34.25 * 4 / 5=(27.4)

In your favour, if we compare the 100metres then Lee is faster by:

(100/6.85)/(100/10.09) = 1.472993X, that's almost 1.5X faster. And since we're comparing the 100metres in your favour, 3 seconds is more than enough to distinguish a person in first to a person in last place.
