Oblivion Hacks and Cheats: Changing Weather

i like the video but i heard there was a way to lock the weather. i cant seem to do it, the weather override keeps changing it back. i add the 1 to the end of the code and it accepts that but where people and certain websites said it would lock untill you typed otherwise, it changes anyway even if i dont specify the weatheroverride to activate
