  • Ted Wisburg is one of the few Legends still at the exchange

  • Let the bloody thing crash & burn again & again! So that people out there with concrete in their heads can finally get the message through its totally ridiculous to dog-eat-dog one another, compete with one another & go through these unnecessary episodes of pain, panic & mayhem! For what! For what! To end up without a home, on the streets, begging & starving! Its all matter of ideology that many humans are imbued in, seeing "protectionism" as anathema! They remind me of the movie The Exorcist!

  • I cashed out my stocks in late Oct 2007. And that was just from a gut instinct asking myself if I was able to imagine stock getting any higher.

  • To be able to live through such ups and downs in the market its both exciting and scary. It is interesting to hear from someone what it felt like in the market place before the last crash. Thank you for the video.

  • Starting at 3:15, Art Cashin walks by.

  • wow good eye

  • haha, I didn't see him at first

  • IT'S HAPPENING! THE DOW IS CURRENTLY DOWN OVER 700 POINTS! September 29, 2008 is the new Black Monday!

  • my shorts are in!

  • My shorts are BROWN.

  • well get ready for another one very very soon!!!

  • I sure hope so. I got 90% cash ready to deploy after a crash. I hope all markets lose 90% 2moro

  • um...you do realize that if that happened that would basically be the meltdown and the end all of the global financial system, don't you?

  • Good, let it crash and burn.

  • Why? A stock market crash isn't an economic phenomenon. It's a psychological sociological phenomenon. It's a fear reaction.

  • Your exactly right. It is a psychological expression (or symptom) of the mood or well-being of society. A 90% crash would indicate a society in serious trouble.

  • I would now have to agree. The fear is almost palpable. It's sad. We've never had a crash with 401k's making such a portion of the market, as we do now. I hope there isn't a run with them, or we can't even begin to imagine the damage that will be done.

  • That's why I've never participated in 401k's. I think it's a big joke not having control of your finances.

  • You and I are of the same opinion.

  • I worked as a specialist clerk for a major dow jones stock. I will never forget that day or that whole week.
