20,000 RMB is a mere 3000 USD. Trust me, there are guitars worth more than 3,000 USD - especially in the field of classical guitars. 3,000 USD will get you a STUDENT classical guitar.

There are prices ranging from RM450 to RM10,000. (Ringgit Malaysia)
