  • i can do w/out all the covers. dmb has plenty of good songs they never ever play anymore.

  • i think theyre comin out hotttt with the cover this year bc tim is with them and it gives them a lot of leverage to play a variety. I LOVE LOVE LOVE cover songs, i know what you mean by the jams they dont play, but covers get me pumped! Plus this tour its like there is a completely different band on stage with tim and jeff coffin up there....ROCK on DMB I'll See yo tonight in Cinci for the final show if the tour!!!!

  • Don't get me wrong. I do like some covers. They tore up Sledgehammer. But I pay good money to hear DMB songs and there are so many they never play anymore. But I do agree with you...Tim R. is a VERY nice addition. I hope Roi gets well soon but Jeff is just freaking silly. That dude can play the sax like to other human being on earth.

  • The sound quality on this is surprisingly good compared to everything else. This second night at SPAC was legendary, and by far the best i've seen. Anyone know where i can get the audio of the full concert??

  • one of the songs i wanted to hear was teh Beatles money....Yeah, i was HAPPY!!!! : )

one of the best shows I have seen yet...hands down!

  • *cough*Pink Floyd*cough*

  • Greatest show ever perhaps, up there with Central Park. The crowd singing Jimi Thing was the most unreal thing I've ever witnessed... and it was the best Ants Marching performance ever.

    Wow.

  • Yes, definitely the best Ants Marching I've heard. The crowd got into so many of the songs, especially Thank You...it's a wonder he didn't play Warehouse.

  • probably because there was no Butch on piano
