  • Mine is a 93' model and runs a little lumpy at tickover, do you think a carb balance would be in order?

  • if clean dosen't work then need to be set up by professional mechanic or you need spend about 50 quid and couple of days of reading

  • looks good in red

  • Your having the same problems as me!!! When the bike is runing idle it runs ok, but if you give it some gas it kind of chokes on it!!!

I would advise a full carbureteur cleaning!!! And do it yourself if you have the service manual, plus in the end or close to the end buy a morgan carbtune pro!!! Easy to use and at just the first use it pays itself here in holland!!!

    In general is good!!!

  • @apinheiroport Mine's the same. It's got the 97' motor and it also chokes a little after starting when giving gas, then it runs fine after some warm up. I cleaned the carburetors but with no change. New oil and oil filter, enough coolant, good air filter. Perhaps it simply needs to be warm but still, I wonder if it could run better cold if I did something. Is this a common problem with the rf600r?
