@amaqula The Catholic Church was established by the late Roman Empire to give its citizens a common religion to whole the tottering Empire together. The Emperor was the sacred head of the Catholic Church; and when the Empire evaporated in the West, the Bishop of Rome assumed his status as "Papa". In the East, it was taken over by the various Tsars that emerged to copy the Emperor's style. Don't believe the cynically concocted myths that were thrown together to give this religion legitimacy.

Believe what you wish. I am simply telling you its history. Here's another one, Jesus' father was possibly a Sidon legionary named Tiberias Claudius Panthera. The fact that other countries leaders decided to follow Bush and now Obama into these stupid wars means that your government officials were looking to get rich from your children's deaths too. Maybe if you watched the video instead of spouting insensitive rubbish, you would of seen that this person feels she has lost her son for something that wasn't cause worthy. The key difference is that the UK and US are civilised democracies who possess nuclear weapons as a deterrent and not in order to use them or threaten other countries. The same could not be said of Iraq under Saddam Hussein should he ever have got his hands on WMDs. Saddam Hussein was a brutal dictator who has committed genocide in the past. The UK and the US decided that it was better to invade Iraq while they could in order to remove the potential future threat to the region and the world.
