BTW everyone knows that ITF AND WTF started in SOUTH KOREA. around 1955. And split apart after Gen.Choi Visited North Korea without permission from the goverment, there for falling out of favor with the south. All martial arts have techniques that aren't going to be used in a fight. Have you ever seen the XMA competitions? The funny thing is after all those flips and cool LOOKING moves, their legs and arms and techniques are still strong and they can FIGHT!
