Hey. I'm intrigued. How exactly did you get in the position to do this? The Trocadero are notorious for being completely uninterested when it comes to upgrading their machines (although admittedly they are far worse at maintaining them).

I went there last december and I must also say that cabinet was disappointment. Pads were terrible and screen was fuzzy.

I wish I could do this to 1 machine in every location! However the ITG series requires different hardware to that found in DDR machines. This DDR machine was already upgraded to ITG2 before I got my hands on it.

I played on it today...

I was VERY DISAPPOINTED. :(

The reason for this is because the down pad ON BOTH SIDES do not function normally. The one on the left side gets stuck down commonly and the one on the right side STOPPED WORKING.

If you can touch the machine again, PLEASE fix those pads.

I'd love to, but the operator has stopped talking to me since this was completed. Very unfortunate since this only needs some TLC on the pads (or preferably swapped out with another less used machine) to make this awesome for everyone and make him some $. I dont understand either :(

Well thats exactly what ITG2 was. Stepmania on linux, never stopped people from enjoying it though.

Sorry, the USB dongle cable was missing from the itg2 upgrade kit I'll see if I can chase up the hub too and get it installed at a later date. The staff were really nice, all i had to do was ask!

I did this to my cab too, although im INCREDIBLY shocked the troc staff gave you permission to do all this, normally they just ignore us completely!
