Sifu Liu was and is such a wise Grandmaster. It was an honor to learn from this expert in at least 6 different disciplines. Robert W. Smith could have written a whole chapter on him.
this is great... I never learned sudden attack though.. and so i can't really recognize the swinging hand strikes they are using there... unless they are some kinda hammer strike or ridge hand ?? someone please tell me ? :D

This serves as a forearm training set. you can progressively hit your arms together harder-better have lots of dit da jow !!!
