@bewareofpaedophiles I'm not a police officer but I've watched this video several times and had spotted that general waste was clearly in not only the black and green bin but the brown one as well. (SEE 0:48sec) Also the binman don't come at night, so it is clearly winter...which means it's either early morning (5-8am) or eavning (4-5pm).If it's winter the bin man didn't came for 3-4weeks. This means the general waste wouldn't fit in one bin for a month. Would it?

The council said that you can have up to 4 additional sacks of waste behind the green bin + lid open. But the council was also painting the trucks at this time sooo...
Mabey they just dicided to collect all waste together at the same time but just the once. They would eventually come and seperate the waste like they did before. But have you notice that no blue bin was emptied? and that there was general waste in the brown bins as well? Well Well, the waste would be seperated anyway at the site!
