A guy like Lucio Sergio is what BJJ is all about, he is a very nice guy who leads by example, he is a technical guy that is always looking to improve himself and his students and genuinly cares for his guys.
We are very lucky to have such a dedicated instructor (in Manchester) who is willing to train at 3am in the morning if necessary and he dose!
