Can someone tell me what the vibe at Glastonbury is like? Any thieves, violence, riot loving type crowds? The videos I see make it look amazing but I am wondering how people treat each other there... thanks in advance for a reply, I really want to make a long distance trip from Canada to Glastonbury!!

honestly, i went last year as VIP, but camped in public area.

it is the best festival i have been to. people there are amazing, it is so hard to get theives in there as everyone must come in through turnstyles showing tickets and checks etc.

people there are all there to have fun and will make sure you will have fun :)

Hi. I am canadian and have been to the last 3 glastonbury's and am going this year to. it is AMAZING and you'll will love it. no bad vibes, everyones your best mate. I left £200 and a bottle of Jack Daniels in my tent. still there when I got back early next morning. GO.

I've never seen any violence in 20years of going, fun for all ages. There are property lock-ups and lost property which returned hundreds of wallets and mobole phones last year (i think that pretty much tells you what people at Glasto are like!). Bring clothes for all weather and a smile and you'll have a blast. Neil Young playing this year (fellow Canadian!)
