Here's what I did on my latest.. All three Jaden, Ethan, and Maddy make it to the warehouse. I had Jaden let The bastard shelby die. Maddy and Ethan move in. Jaden gives up that weird shit and ends up seeing tiny toy tanks (goes on talkshow to), Lauren dies so no one was at shelby's grave. All it does really is the camera looms over the graveyard then zooms on poor John's grave the goes over and zooms on Scott's grave with sad music. In my opion I love Jaden the best than Ethan.

My ending when I beat this at my friends house: Jayden kills Shelby on that grinder, Ethan and Madison save Shaun, Ethan and Madison move in together, Jayden goes on some talk show. Dont know about blake, Lauren spits on Shelbys grave... Pretty much the same as yours in the real walkthrough except that Ethan and madison dont get together

That really ticks me off that they don't go any further into Jayden's appearance in the glasses.

What happened? Did they become cop buddies and solve crimes together? Does Jayden terrorize him? Why is Jayden there? Is there even a point to that whatsoever? Nothing happened, and there's no hint of anything happening later, so I guess that means it was completely irrelevant.

I'm also a bit disappointed you guys didn't go through any other endings. :(

In Ethan's first or second trial (can't remember which one it was) the one where you can choose to take the Coward door or risk passing through a room of electrified columns. I heard if you go through the coward door Ethan dies by drowning but i don't know if it's true cause i haven't seen it happen yet.

Nope. I repeat it is LITERALLY impossible no matter what you do for Ethan to die. Same with Scott Shelby. In fact, you can just chill in the car while it is underwater and you'll never die.

No, it'll just keep having water flowing in without it ever actually rising the water level in the car. Moments like these that gave you false scares made the game really awesome first playthrough but made the game a bit disappointing on further evaluation. But still, Heavy Rain is certainly a REALLY good game.
