I think it's really amazing how driven you are with learning languages. I notice you joined and are very active, saving lots of words. Great! You need to listen often to your favourite content, even if difficult at first.

With me it was just circumstances. I got keen on French at 17. Then I studied in France and hitchhiked around and realized how great it was when you speak the language. After studying Chinese I realized that there is no unlearnable language. And I learned how to learn.Shyness is no obstacle. Just learn to love the language and it is yours.
