I'm a big fan of Saranac! Great beer for a great price. If you get a chance to try some more I recommend the Black Forest, Pale Ale and the Adirondack Lager. All very solid beers. Cheers!
Sarah-nac. Sarah, like the girls name. Interesting thing is the name of the brewery is F.X. Matt Brewing. Kind of the same way Sam Adams is made by Boston Brewery.

Saranac is a lake up north by Lake Placid. The brewery is a few hundred miles south of there in Utica, lol
Did you get the whole mix pack? They make some good beers for a brewery whose audience is mostly supermarket shoppers.
This is a pretty decent IPA.

@Imasofat FX Matt is also contracted to brew Kirkland Signature Ales available as Costco's private label, at least here on the east coast.
