Um... it's gotta be before Kingdom Hearts is closed because it mentions that two hearts and two Keyblades are need to close the door O.o...

Actually I just read the manga and finally figured it out. This takes place after Ansem takes over Riku's body. Riku is shun into the darkness and that's why he appears behind the door at the end of the game.
