Just got this game today. Would anybody happen to know whether or not there is an English patch for this game that I can use while I work on my Japanese...?

well, there is one that was brought out, the anime made me feel sick, it's called Falsely Accused in the US. everyonbe complained when they played it about Typos. it's this 1st yaoi sim game ever to be brought out in the US.
Most games are not sold in the US, there are a few stores that will sell them but unless you know Japanese you will not understand anything. J-List is one of the only places that sells translated games but most of the games fail in comparison to the majority of games in the market in Japan.
It is not easy to download this game but you might find it on hshare (google it) or type [Clover Point torrent] in google. Of course you will need a bittorent p2p software, but that is the only way I know of.

@Flexkill sometime there are H games with H-Scenes at the first 5 minutes, and sometimes there are H-Scenes-in-10-or-more H games
