I don't think you know what you're talking about. The one at 0:39 is a burnout. The other ones were drifting and donuts and such. Now I ask you does anything about what the car at 0:39 does look dangerous? The only danger is to the car (transmission, differential, etc.) but to stop the vehicle you simply release the throttle and get on the brake.

Other burnouts were 0:57-0:59 1:08 1:19 1:40 2:24. And burnouts only pose a danger if someone is standing in front of the vehicle or if the burnout is done or allowed to reach a good amount of speed. But standard stand still and low speed burnouts are not dangerous at all. One with slicks must do a burnout to heat the wheels up and increase traction. And the other guys do they because it looks cool.

Only you do get them all rubber marked so I guess it could be seen as vandalism. As for drifting and such. If these guys were to find an empty parking lot or warehouse yard, I don't think there would be anything wrong with that either. You just have to be careful about how you do things.
