Thanks as always you have the correct answer.I will tell her to cook from your recipes even though she is a good cook.I will post the feedback......The thing is i want to learn to cook as a hobby i can't follow her method of cooking she makes it very complicated but you have a very easy simple approach which i like so much.....
Thanx....wow! so there are two great cooks in your house....very nice. I wish I had someone...well, acutally I do. My MIL cooks most of the time....keep enjoying....On valentine, both of you can get in the kitchen and make something exotic...

Great Recipe: Tip: Dont be covering the palak/spinach whilst cooking it has health benefits. This is how i do it: Ghee,Hing,Turmeric, chopped onions, ginger garlic paste and chopped green chillies. tomatoes, spices including garam m and powder nutmeg and tomato paste. 1 bowl light coconut milk, blended palak, paneer cubes 1 bowl thick coconut milk. later evaporated milk. coconut milk makes it more velvety and the palak boils open which gives it a lighter green fresh color.
This is my favorite dish, so yummy!!! Ever since I've been making my own paneer at home, I have been making this dish. Thanks for posting this recipe.
