Tobi can't be Obito. If you saw his fight with Konan, he revealed that he had a sharingan in both eyes, just that he sacrificed the left one to use Izanagi to escape her final attack. Obito gave up one of his eyes, and his entire right side was crushed anyway.

I don't see any possibility for a character to actually be Tobi save for a massive shark jump by Kishimoto. If he pulls it off, the Truth About Itach will pale in comparison. If he fails...

2: Obito can't be the guy under the mask because Obito IS dead and when he died Kakashi got his eye and when the guy with the mask where fighting against (don't remember name) Nagatos and Yahikos friend (the girl) he would have died but he used the forbidden jutsu (with the loose of 1 eye) with he can only use when you HAVE 2 EYES.
