We thank god for the medical services in the USA, a country like Kuwait just passed a rulling that Non Kuwaiti Dialysis patients reside in Kuwait can not receive a Dialysis Machine, it is only for Kuwaiti citizens. Any one else, you need to dialysis 4 times a day by hand at home just like the stone age. If you talk a bout low lifes, Kuwait government is one of them. With billions in oil sale and small population they have the arrogance to refuse a basic human rights such as dialysis
