I've been playing around with this song on the piano, and the chords I've found to fit the best is Gm7 - Dm7 for the verse and Dm7 - Am7 - Cm7 - Gm7 for the chorus. There is a funny chord between at the end of the verse before the chorus, but I'm still not sure what to play there. Anyway, you have a very soothing, yet clear voice. I like it!
