  • i love this song! it's so beautiful!

  • can't stop play this song over and over!! Yes, I believe in myself.

  • @MslaCrissy, It is actually a theme song for a Nigerian Bank, Guaranty Trust Bank Plc, One of the best corporate export from Nigeria!

  • She doesn't sing music that appeal general populace. There is never a day in Nigeria she will be as popular as P Square for instance. This is simply classical singing at its Zenith

  • the first time i heard about asa was from a white gurl...it was on her ipod... the song jailer

    very beautiful song :D

  • This song makes me miss Naija, they always used to play it at the GTBank in Lekki, :'(. I miss lagos

  • @yorubagurl: most people never heard of her

  • @86Enimsaj she's popular in europe,i was asked by a friend at a book store about Asa...i think she needs more awareness in Nigeria.i was proud to be Nigerian then:)))

  • Was this song used for GTB??

  • @motunrolarulz Yes!

  • I'm so in love with this song!! Isn't this lady awesome! God bless you Asa.

  • not popular and has not won any african award. says who. this girl won an international award for jailer. gather ur information correctly b4 u comment on a song. nice work ASA as always. luv it

  • im speechless.....only once can you hear this type of music out of the 21 century =D

  • The song is awesome and I listen to it for some time and love it! Do you have some guitar chords for the song? :)

  • i sooo love this song.. she is so gifted and soulful.. I am from the carribean, and was introduced to her music by a nigerian doctor that i work with... i love her!!!

  • i also have that in me also and i will never give up..

  • googd job girl

  • Who is she talking about in this song? Is it God?

  • @MslaCrissy

God fits perfectly in this theme...

  • This would be Fantastic for some sort of disney soundtrack etc.

  • She has a gorgeous voice, but I hate these lyrics. They just seem so mindlessly happy; that doesn't make her any better than the mainstream music that's mindlessly sexual.

  • It's not mindlessly happy. What do you have against happy music? People don't wanna be depressed all the time. And this is still her. Most of her songs are sad, I am glad to find one happy song of hers. She's such an amazing artist, and this is no where near as bad as mainstream stuff or mindlessly sexual stuff. It's still got soul.

  • @Jessieboo1991 I DO like happy songs. Imagine is a happy song, What a wonderful world is a happy song and I love both of them. I agree Asa is an amazing artist, but for some reason this song in particular doesn't sit right with me, it feels forced. I dunno, I didn't gewt that vibe from any of her other music.

  • Omg!!Thank you so much yorubagurl for putting this song/video up. it is the bomb.the first time I heard it,I listened to it over and over and I just had to put it on my iPod! Asa bi o sen se ni ko ma selo oo!!

  • Wow, what a beautiful song, and I love how the video was put together. Thank you Yorubagirl for the video, and thank you Asa for displaying that beautiful voice for all to hear~~~

  • @AfriNaija12 thank you for the wonderful comment.

  • ASA is just the best in nigeria..........nice choice by guaranty bank

  • wonderful song**

  • I will soon be at the place to be.

  • DIS IS SO GUD

  • This ASA is different from other birds!!! What!

  • luv ya yorubagurl! love naija!

  • asha's songs reach so deep into me....

  • it's amazing how her sassy soulful voice puts life into her powerful lyrics and the message just jumps out the tune and inspires you...

    Well done ASA...simply splendid.

  • this is powerful stuff! i love you ASA~~

  • luv it :)

  • Does any1 know if asa is married

  • with 5 kids ha ha just kidding, u wanna marry her?

  • her work is just amazing... enuf sed

  • This song is quite good....is one of asa's best song..DaviD

  • does someone know why this girl was not nominated for MTV 2009 and MOBO award and has not won any african award, does anyone know? I cant seem to think of any thing and dont want to rush into judging...In my opinion, I think there just stupid.

  • lol... I feel you. To me, it seems as though the party songs get nominated. Although she was nominated for Best African Act at the 2008 MOBO, 9ice won the award.

When the time comes, she will dominate trust me, everything is a matter of time.

  • i think its better as she is not too popular bcos mainstream music industry is soo sorrupting

  • She's not too popular?? says who?

  • @Yorubagurl, its like you read my mind, you need to come over to france. then you'lld know she is popular.

  • @Yorubagurl; you know i actually felt like laughing out loud in my language when ratbaby4000 mentioned Asa not being popular...You must know we listen to her hear in India...She has so much a giant place in the music industry. Not all music artistes are blessed with the power to rest on such shoulder.

  • *corrupting*

  • mad love for u ASA!!!!

  • such outrageously terrific talent!

Asa's best thing to happen to Nigerian music this decade!

  • i feel u bad, cos she tours the world; not just nigerian audiences , europeans, asians, Carebbean world over.

  • i love her damn much...muaaaaaaaaaaaaah

  • the tribalist is here again

  • I know Ben TV promotes Nigerian sturves. check them out

  • she's one of the best to come out of Nigeria

  • i feel u o

they've got nigerian tv stations in the UK

We can make it happen in the US if we work together

  • she's different, she's unique, I'm so proud of her....Asa rocks!!!

  • i like this

  • Another hit by Asa! Asa's music is recognized internationally. She's versatile, talented and her music is soulful and inspiring! Her originality is rare in the Naija music scene. I have an American who loves "Fire on the mountain"!

  • She is by every standard the best artist at least for now to have come out of Naija...She won one of the most prestigious awards in France agaist the likes of Yael Naim..are u kiddding me?? I played the music to a white friend of man and instantly became a fan and got the song on his ipod! Check youtube u'll see she is most respected..she was even featured on CNN.

  • check my channel

  • nahh

I'm saying she has more than 1 album

Asa's been around longer than most people think she has. She just wasn't popular in 9ja until recent. Her music is recognized worldwide

  • thank you

i love her voice so calm

  • I love this girl.

  • Tanx yoruba gurl. you are doing a great job putting these lovely songs on.

  • thank you koolkat

  • Thanks Yorubagurl!

so is this like a new album? still can't find the first album to buy...

  • Yorubagurl is simply the best!!! Long live ASA!!!

  • Asa's just too good !!!

  • Yes U R Right I Love It

  • I knew you would

    everyone loves it.

  • Nice tune...
