  • Would be nice if u had a oil feed to the turbo... dry run is not so good for the turbo!

  • @efexor666 it dont make problem if you spin the turbo without oil pressure ! ... because he dont make any load ( PSI ) ( no stress on the shaft )

  • @yodaz400

Maybe u dont have a load on the shaft... but u have to lubricate the bearings... becouse the friction generates heat... it's no ball bearing... it's a sleeve bearing.

  • @efexor666 he have some oil inside ... at this load ( free air ) it canT make any damage !

  • Don't you know how bad that is for a turbo? That's a really good way to destroy the bearings... You should NEVER spin a turbo that doesn't have a pressurized oil feed hooked up.

  • such a small turbo.

  • Im trying to decide what k03 turbo i want to buy to replace the turbo on my 1999 audi a4.

  • spent more money and buy a k04 or a kkk turbo.

  • go k04 or even bigger

  • are kkk k03 turbos always supposed to whistle?

  • yes i suppose ! but is not a reference ... because is open to free air ... but with no pee flow ... you can easy listen the loud whistle
